Ah ok, so the bard is not quite as crazy as everyone thought. They made their escape and are at an hideout. Winston got a big surprise when he walked into the room. Love his response. Another great chapter.

Outlandish? Like even more outlandish than this story already is? Is that even possible? Maybe an alien could land next to bard and high five him, then toss him a six pack of brews and sit by the fire singing kum by yah.
Maybe they could fly to ruby's place and bring her back as the rightful heir. Diamond would take her place at harpster's side where he's always wanted her. winston could be discredited if the people he saved were proven to be terrorists. junior could just watch his whole world crumble around him as he is sued in court for misappropriation of funds. And finally, the butler's punishment could be to have to continue to be the blackwell's butler.
How's that for some outlandish ideas?

I wonder how they broke thru the wall. Pretty flimsy wall! But it's believable that Bard Slater could fly the copter, and he'd have a desert retreat. And that he'd call Tenaya, so you're right on target with this. I like the way it's going and now we know that Winston is the culprit. I'm guessing Junior knows nothing about it.
