The pace is pleasingly swift and the research results valid.
What seems like abrupt transition is probably due to my seeing only this chapter. Nothing jumps out yelling for a change.

I was waiting for this, and one of my six-stars waited too. You have a great description of how Agnes has been acting and how her condition suddenly changed for the worst. She calls Tony's name and seems afraid for him. We then see how the creature is treating the kidnapped Tony. He is sure of his powers and gloats over Tony about them. He makes threats against Jana, too. Although he angers Tony, there's nothing he can do. The creature is so sure he will be triumphant. Lots of excitement. judi
