I Thank God that you can still think of beautiful thing to write and share.
When one door closes God opens another door. Enter my child, keep on with your God gifted talent and write write on my friend.

This is so sweetly expressed. Many of those who post regularly can't do rhyme or meter well themselves, but they still try. Expressing yourself is the key thing. I've read some poets who write using obscure language that sent me searching the dictionary, and their notes are usually filled with grammar and spelling errors. Just keep on doing what you do. Getting your thought across is important and you can do that whereas some of the windbags can't. judi

Hi Robina - How can we not forgive you when you appeal with such sincerity. I hope the fall has not caused your muse to flee permanently. But if so, although most people like Rhyme and Meter, you can write some lovely blank verse and free verse instead. These forms give you a lot of freedom. I have read some very ones.
