Oh what a funny and sad memories. Great poem: there is snow outside, you first want to sneak out but hen decide to be wise and go tomorrow. By then the snow was all gone.

This was a really cute poem. I can just see that determined little boy and momma's equally measured frustration. But, being MOM, she will usurp her authority, (as she should) and junior will sadly, relinguish his quest. There's always tomorrow, right? Woefully, not in this situation. I can now see his burrowed brow and pout! I enjoyed your piece, really fun.

A wonderfully written poem. All of that planning to get in the snow wasted. Al least mom got some help with the dishes. LOL. This was a very humorous poem. Well written.

Mom's! They always know what's best. I'm sure she had her reaon(s) for not letting you go outside to play in the snow. It's just unfortunate that the rains came and waged away all the snow.
