This is a very cute story. The characters interact well with each other. The dialogue sounds natural. I think it would be a great child's story.

A very cute and clever litte children's story. What nice and energetic farmers. Great lesson in teamwork. No their feathers dont thicken, but they will often stay put if there is open water. The Nuclear power plant at Montecello, MN, discharges warm water into the Mississippi river. There are swans, geese, and ducks there all year long, even when it gets below zero.

A delightful light-hearted childrems story with a safety message as well and some good advice.
I'm sure the children will relate to the antics of the anilmals when no-one is watching and also the concept of how easily danger can arise if care isn't taken when making choices.
Ilove the concept and the story.

You set the stage effectively in your opening
I like that the story is from the point of view of the pig
going to visit friends, so you go - add comma
excellent dialogue throughout
I like how all the animals work together to rectify the situation

What a lovely story, Rox! All the different animals playing and having fun together. Then, when one is in danger, they all want to help. I love Super Pig! LOL, I could see her in her outfit.
