Good luck Dawn with your contest entry. I really enjoyed reading your poem. It never ceases to amaze me how a poem having three lines can deliver a whole story. I think you have been able to use these words to freeze a moment in time. The poem evokes a feeling of closeness, warmth and relaxation. I like the image of white sheets.
