Your format is complicated for an artist to comply with and you challenged yourself to rhyme to complicate your challenge once more. I for one tested your meter count and found no flaw. I also appreciate a poem that rhymes and maintains the consistency as you have done.

Once again you add magic to what you see with delightful words. I spent several minutes looking at the picture before I read your poem and then your added notations. You are absolutely correct in that the face is there. I was however bending towards a fairy home. My imaginations allows me to see what others miss, so your poem was well appreciated. Thank you.

A great poem, I really enjoyed the style in which its written. The content of the poem really makes you think about trees you have encountered in the past and what other wildlife is around. I love the fact you take your inspiration from images you take yourself.

This entire piece is absolutely perfect, in my opinion. I loved the photograph, the poem flowed nicely, the color scheme was basic (but fit everything else, so "basic" isn't used as a bad thing). I enjoyed reading this and would asbolutely share it with a friend!

I am fascinated by your animated stills poems.My husband quite often spots unusual trees or stone formations and makes them into stories.I like this form with the repeating lines. Your photographs match the poems perfectly or rather vice versa.

Thank you Mary. Am excited by your enthusiasm. If you want, I am collecting them in a book that I'll likely publish when get enough of them, it is in my profile. The Book is Animated Stills. If you look and like any, let me know. I'm trying to decide if it would be worth publishing. You don't have to, just responding to your comment. It might give you some ideas that you could use. Currently I have 23. Poems there.

Another great poem that captures the mystery and spirit of the forest and their dwellers. I especially liked this verse:
"Their gentle personalities,
Beknownst to me, I shall defend,
And offer friendly dignities,
When e'er I spot my forest friend."

Another very interesting and effective poetry
format.
The Retourne poem with its repeating lines
adds emphasis to the overall theme of the poem.
I quite like the animated Stills poetry idea and you have mastered this format well.
A fine addition to a unique poetry collection.

I liked this different style of poem, and am happy you made it rhyme. Your rhymes were good and the idea of making inanimate objects come to life is rather unique. You made good choice of words and it is effective.
