The word "bitch" did not sit well with me. I know it refers to a female dog, but since this word is basically only used as an insult nowadays, it didn't seem to fit in this piece. I suggest either choosing a different animal or just saying "dog" instead.
Also, the third paragraph/stanza is awkward. For one, a mother is a mammal. Humans are mammals, just like every other milk bearing animal. So the word mammal didn't fit and I also didn't like "family members." Maybe offspring? I'm not sure on that one.
Overall though, I did enjoy reading it. Maybe you could make it just a little longer though.

I'm personally not a big fan of this piece because I personally don't believe in God, but I did enjoy the structure of this short piece. I thought the way you created an allusion with the first and last words of the lines was a great touch, and I think this piece will be well liked by many. Great work, thanks for sharing.

Pondering on breasts and mammary glands, are you? I guess the Creator knew that mostly, women wouldn't be having more than two children at a time, but a bitch might have a whole litter of babies. Getting down to practical purposes, breasts are simply a means of nourishing the new generation. Sort of surprising as a subject matter.

When I review, no matter how good I try to say something I think could be improved and something that I like
what I thought could be improved: there were a few lines that I thought were a bit hard to understand. for example
He gifts two breasts and not one to a woman or likewise a mammal mother feeds
things that I like: I thought you had great vocabulary and I really like the first line
