Hullo Justin Chopin ...
From your photograph, it is clear that you are young ... and at that stage of life when questions are raised about every aspect of living, including your religious beliefs.
Talking to God through prayer is the safest way to go.
Study the life of Our Lord and become part of the Church that He established rather than go along with the many and varied religions founded by mere men according to their own desires.
Believe me, I speak from experience as I travel along the last part of my journey through life.
You say, in your poem, that the world is changing .... but the True Church is not and never will change because it is established on truth and the teachings of Christ.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Remember, prayer - daily prayer - forms the ladder through which you can reach the very Heart of God ... and truth never changes.

Your theme is strong yet the meter is straggled with superfluous words in places . I could hear some rhymes and good structure more toward the end- the beginning could still use more editing-
and for example here:
The world around me is changing
And in its transformation I can feel.
I'm losing touch with reality
And no longer distinguish what is false or what is real
The world around me changes
with its transformation I can feel
losing touch with reality
to distinguish what is false or real
I did that with beats per measure like with music... reading out loud helps with pace...
You are good but as with all could use some improvement-
I read for the enjoyment and message whicg were good in this piece I could relate.

In trying to find God, we will be forsaken for he is right inside our hearts.
When we do good, have compassion and kindness for others and able to relate to others' misfortunes and to try to help them with the little we can afford and God will find us in our hearts.
There is no use searching for God if we cannot act and be god-like in everything we think, do and act.
The godliness in us can only expressed itself when we can find in our hearts to forgive and to care whenever we can. God is all along right there beside us guiding us with our conscience. Try to find peace and tranquility in the mind and then God will appear in our thoughts and in our eyes we can only see good and the devil just cannot be seen for we have learnt how to shine within our hearts of gold.
If we have no expectations including trying to find God, life becomes a blessing and we are the little gods that have the power to heal and to enlighten ourselves and others.
God cannot be seen, heard - neither does He speaks to us unless we hear His voice in our minds.
He will come into our hearts only when we act like a god in our ways and dealings with others.
God can only exists if we believed and have faith in the goodness and kindness of humanity, smiles.
I know i rant but only when we can find peace of mind - can we ever find God under that tree of enlightenment and realizing that we were the gods all along without having to ask anything or even finding God Himself.
He is everywhere where there are sufferings and evil deeds and He need us to right the wrongs and get the world back on its feet.
He is asking us and not the other way around, I suppose. Smiles.

The struggle is apparent, and also vividly portrayed is the fact that the world has in relatively brief time changed dramatically thereby placing a heavier burden on today's young and future generations. The plea perspective is well done. I enjoyed your poem.
