Hi, Treischel,
Tears of relief, Tears of happiness and joy. We do not have to live up to the masculine stereotype belief. More of a man when you express love and devotion. Which is no ploy. When you express emotion. I am glad she is better. May she and you be pain free. No merit in having pain.
Preston.

Those tears of happiness would surely deserve another honeymoon. I am hoping for you that she gets rid of that pain forever. Nice poetic form. Excellent work.

A lovely Cinquain poem and with a subject choice close to your heart.
Your poem follows the Cinquain guidelines as stated and is nicely presented.
I hope all does go well and a brighter future looms.

I am so happy to hear your wife did so well. I prayed for her several times yesterday and she has been on my mind today so I wanted to see if there was a poem with good news. So glad there was. Rox

No one is going to call you a cry baby. I hope and pray that your wife will forevermore be without chronic pain. With you at her side, she will be fine.

And good for you! Why shouldn't a man cry? He has feelings too. It is lovely to know that you care that much. So this new doctor knew what he was on about, and has hopefully been able to give your wife a pain free future. I sincerely hope so. Lovely poem, Treischal. I am so happy for you. xsx Sandra

Love this writing! Very much!
I have been contemplating a cinquain suite, but I cannot think of a topic;
You have definitely found a topic on which to express your gratefulness for modern medicine utilized by clever hands.
A lot to be thankful for!

Thank you Margaret. The key is thinking of the two syllable words. All else falls into place.

Oh Joy!
Awake and fine
Skills that doctors employ
With just a touch of the Divine
She's mine!
I'm awed.
Modern medicine
truly deserves applaud, To it I do applaud
as my wife's healing has begun.
Praise God!
And if
it all goes well,
and she can finally say goodbye
to all her years of chronic hell,
I'll cry.
Me too.
