This poetry speaks more than one undeniable truth. The
reader-friendly language makes it easy to comprehend.
The rhymes are selected and used nicely. The attached

alliteration--sinking sand, rule and reign. Should take another look at this poem and see if you can put some music in the words.

A marvelous spiritual write which I found very uplifting. Great rhymes, flow and cadence to compliment your message.

A warrior who fights to win
With the power of God's light within.
His destiny is to rule and reign
With Jesus in His heavenly domain.

What a phenomenal picture!

A very well written piece with some great emotional and descriptive wording from the writer.

I enjoyed reading about the journey very much.

The photo goes very well with the poetry.

This was a nice poem, written in the quatrain style with good rhythm and rhyming. Has a beautiful picture to accompany the poem. Nice poem.

solid use of rhyming couplets
good use of enjambment to keep thoughts flowing from line to line

Your poem moves one to a place in the spirit not wanting to come back.
Lifts up to a higher ground and brings down heaven to heart.

What a lovely poem with a wonderful sentiment.

I quite agree with your words.

We are all 'warriors' of God and are all constantly fighting and struggling against our base desires in order to please Him and make our lives easier, ultimately; both in this world and the next.

    Thank you so much for your encouraging and uplifting review. Sometimes, it seems like the battles are too hard but they are what make us strong and, as you say, ultimately make our lives easier, not only in this world but helping us be better prepared for the next. It's really good to have something to fight - and our base desires certainly provide a challenge that's worth the struggle.
