I like this poem very much. The poem is nicely written in spite of its complexity and rondeau format. It conforms to the rules of a rondeau style, with a nice presentation and a good theme .

The second stanza is very interesting, since many people would not have restored faith in that situation.
At times when troubles last too long
and keep the cloak of darkness drawn,
when sorrow has me in its sights,
my faith restores.

This one is perfectly perfect and I am very happy because I am allowed to award six stars. So far as I can tell, this is a perfect Rondeau with a repeat line: "My Faith restores." I love this line because it is so true but little known. Every time we trust anything and find it trustworthy; out faith is restored, or reinforced. This is a keeper. Best of luck in the contest.
