This is an interesting poem that is cunningly crafted by the author. This is a thought provoking piece of writing that the writer tells the reader. Who knows what tomorrow holds indeed.

Great poem you have here. The language and word choice was very well thought out and the flow of the poem had a really nice cadence to it. Imagery were strong and the format of the stanzas was ideal for the transitions within the poem. Imagery was good and personally intrigued all of my senses. I give you five stars for an above average effort. Keep up the good work!

American leaders eh? A mixed bag. Your poem is well constructed and rhymes well. As for your political philosophy I hope America does more for the rest of the world. Obama seems to be doing a better job than Bush Jr as far as the rest of the world is concerned and America isn't the only country facing hard times. Good political poem, well done, it certainly made me think.

I do feel what you feel, I am from an Asian country but I also know what is happening in your country, my daughter is serving as a nurse in a government hospital in your country, so I am in tune too with the latest news. I do feel what you feel, I am from an Asian country but I also know what is happening in your country, my daughter is serving as a nurse in a government hospital in your country, so I am in tune too with the latest news. I like best the last stanza, "Promoting deed through moral code, While filling each one's heart and soul, with joyous music, song and dance, and hope for what tomorrow holds. God bless.

My Father was born in 1892/Mother, 1906. Me- the twelfth of 14. 1943. My family has fought from the American Revolution on. America will survive. Note: History records democracies as lasting about two hundred years. We are working on our third century.

I thank your family for their service to this wonderful country. My great grandmother was born in 1892. I, too, have had family who fought (and died) in the Revolutionary War and in the Civil War as well as World War I and II. We have definitely survived many years and many scandals. I pray you are right and we continue to do so.

I pray my lady that your hopes in this beautiful poem soon come true. I fear the immorality existing, allowed and praised in our today is the decay that one day will cause Old Glory to fall. Keep poeming your message. I too rhyme of it hoping to turn the tide and take our once great nation back to God.
