Perfectly portrays the mentality of a xenophobic. But misses on the universal nature of such traits. The same is true for many other countries too.

I'm an American and this is sarcasm. I don't see the connection between your rating and the structure and content of the poem. Thanks.

Excellent

I think it is an American problem. The federal government is another culture that is removed from the populous of this country. It is as foreign to the mainstream as common sense is to politicians. This poem got me to thinking. That is the mark of a very good poem... John

I'm having a go at some blind reviewing, so I have no idea who you are, mystery writer. But this really made me chuckle! Very, very funny.
Is this not a senryu? From what little I understand about them, they take an ironic look at society, which this certainly does. Course, I'm from the UK, so we don't have *anything* like this in our culture.
