Your poem is very humorous, but it does involve some truth.
The rhythm and rhyme scheme are good. The picture is awesome! Who wouldn't skinny dip if he looked like that.

That was beyond belief. The meter was a treat for a meter buff like me. And I just watched the Italian series "Capri" - so that hit the spot. It was super witty, origiinal, dynamic, with a killer picture, I adored every word. What a treat it is. I hope you win.
Favorite part:
Now I'm sitting in the pokey,
but I think there's something hokey,
because no one's volunteered to pay my bail.
All the pals, who found me charming
have left town, and that's alarming.
When you need them, that's the time when friendships fail.

Now, in jail and no friend to pay the bail, because they have left.
How that person get out from that situation?

I am not a qualified poetry judge, but really thought this good. Rhyming is excellent and natural and it has, in my opinion, perfect cadence. Could see this in a publication, so a six.
