This is a really nice poem and I am at odds on how to rate it. I am giving only a three based on the fact that it is a contest entry and the syllable count is way off. Check each word with the dictionary and you will note that you have exceeded on each line. I will rerate it if you wish.. after any corrections.

The poem is lovely, but the contest requires a poem with 5 syllables on the first line, 7 on the second and then 5 on the third.
re-writing as stated below will meet the contest requirements.
clouds drink ocean wine
the sky sings sweet melodies
as mother earth weeps.
