Well, you said a mouthful. This has a lot of words in it, and they are full of some kind of emotions directed at other people and sticky notes seem to be involved. There's a lot of imagery and talk soup. This reminds me of a cocaine binge I went on once where I couldn't quit talking a blue streak, and everything sounded like genius, but what I was talking about was anyone's guess. Very wordy and descriptive though.

Well, dear heart, maybe one day you'll be as wordy and descriptive in your reviews perhaps - dare we hope??? May I suggest, that if you're going to review a piece, you REALLY put a brain into it. "This has a lot of words in it" isn't exactly cerebrally challenging material, ok? In fact, it's just plain rude to collect $$ and not do me the courtesy of being genuine. That's not what the site is about, ok?

I do apologize sharyn. Yes, it's true, sometimes I mail it in. It's unavoidable really, if you want to accumulate the kind of dough to promote your stuff anywhere around here. If I wrote a well thought out and articulated response to everything, I'd be reviewing till next year to boost one stinking thing. You're right, I wouldn't have gone near this if it hadn't been on top of the first page, but neither would hardly anyone else, and you know it. That's why you promote to the top of the first page in the first place.. Besides, I'm already on double secret probation for writing overly critical comments. More than one of my "genuine" reviews have been pulled as personal attacks. Then I get a nasty message from the commissars of propriety, and then I get muted. Still, I'm sorry you feel I stiffed you on the feedback. You may have a "genuine" review upon request, but I would strongly suggest letting the matter drop. Much better all the way around. Trust me, you don't want one of my genuine reviews, and I promise not to send any more non-genuine reviews eitherā?¦.TKF

I enjoyed the originality of this poem for this contest. Good luck. I think I see myself in this poem, at least in the first part. Although I write a lot about love, it's only a project, I don't have love in my life and don't even look for it. Indeed, I don't even recommend myself to anyone, however, indeed for the majority of people, everyone knows that love is a risk and hurts but everyone looks for it. I could feel the loneliness and pain felt by the character that love left in her life. I liked the descriptions, flow and word choice. Great artwork.

This is an excellent unique poem and if I hadn't lived it myself I would not have believed just how your feelings are regarding the incidents you mention, and then the quietness after all is done. We all love our solitude when life is busy and a peaceful interim is appreciated. However, the very sound of QUIET is something different altogether.

This is an excellent unique poem and if I hadn't lived it myself I would not have believed just how your feelings are regarding the incidents you mention, and then the quietness after all is done. What a wonderful, two sided view of love! I really enjoyed this poem, and yet it left me wondering "was the sticky note worth" the rest of the physical an emotional mess. I like to left a thought and not an answer. Very well written as always, plus a great lay out and very good imagery.
