Thanks Indie. That would have made one full grille. Finally! It got up to 80 degrees yesterday.

Funny! This is in good 5-7-5 form. Finally warm enough for BBQ! It looks good. This seems like the perfect short form to talk about doing some grilling. I always love when the reviews are longer than the poem! Lol.

Glad your grill is smoking. Hope the meat and veggies don't burn. I t is always a great day when we can uncover the grill and anticipate the taste of a freshly grilled meal.
Your verse is a nice 5-7-5. Your notes indicate a whitney.
Maybe the "smoke gets in your eyes."

I think the picture over exaggerates the poem. The piece itself is excellent. I can smell the BBQ. Good job on the imagery. I feel like I'm there and feeling the heat from the sun and grill.
