Magnificent. It was one thing to accomplish a rather difficult acrostic poem, but you have done far more. This is a very eloquent and moving lament.

This is such a terrible disease. It affects so many people. Your description of it is so vivid. I think that you have done an excellent job here. CG

Impressive example of the Nonet format in the difficult length of the two words Multiple Sclerosis spun out in meaningful, touching, soulful poetic freeform verse. You share the experience, the struggle, the resignation, the grayness. Overpowering, emotional triumph!

This is an incredibly beautiful, haunting, poignant poem.
The courage and the bravery of the sufferer shine through.
Masterfully crated.
Bless you and I hope you win, Kit.

Thank you very much. Words help me to live with this disease. For a long time, MS kept me from finding words, but they are slowly returning. :)

Excellent acrostic form that expresses well your emotions in coping with this illness. I love the line I worked, ran, danced, sang, made love, held my child, my heart. You remind us not to take life for granted.
