A wonderful children's poem. There are very few children that would not like to be in that group being catered to by the fairy. The poem tells a beautiful story, and it is well structured, as well as presented by a beautiful picture.
Posted at the right time of year also. Congrats

This is a cute poem about a fairy visiting children on pretext that Santa sent her.

I haven't had a fairy visit for quite some time. I'm pleased to see they're still out and about, bringing cheer and hope to the children!

Cheers,
DW

Thank you so much, Donald, for your really lovely review! Of course the fairies are still there! Goodness me, Donald, you really must look harder! LOL, where would we be without fairies in our lives? Thank you again! xsx Sandra.

I liked your message and the rhyme. Out of the mouths of babes. Innocence is what we are born with, It is life and time that corrupts us.

Beautiful photo for a beautifully written poem. I wish I had a "6" to give you but, I ran out of them. Nice story from beginning to end. Who would have thought Santa was sad? And, that the children answered the fairy the way they did. You pulled this altogether nicely making it a good read that I truly enjoyed, indeed!

This is an interesting piece. It's nice to have someone remind us that "Santa" began giving gifts to honor the birth of the Christ child. So often it is forgotten. Thank you for this sweet and fun reminder. Great work and good luck.

Thank you Mai Mai for another lovely review! We do need to remind the children what it is about, but also, I think some adults need the reminder too!! I am really pleased you enjoyed this one, thank you! xsx Sandra

Aww, how sweet this poem is, and with a vitally important message for youngsters - beautiful rhyme and lovely metering, Sandra, and you've created a marvelous way to convey what children need to know about Christmas.

Thank you so much for this really lovely review, Dawn! I think we must do a little more to bring the meaning to Christmas to our children, before it gets forgotten. That would be terrible! I am so pleased you agreed and enjoyed this poem, thank you! xsx Sandra.

The story of Christmas is so real, but if we do not tell the children, they will not know the season is about the Christ child, not the merry Claus.
Excellent message, wonderful lines and rhymes, and great imagery.

Christmas, I agree, gives us that perfect opportunity
to teach them about gift giving and it's place in our
lives. Sharing, caring offerings of love. We need that
now and surely in times to come. Wonderful Christmas
offering!
