Another ingenious message. This time wrapped around the the states prized fruit. I like your electric verse; it lights up neon flashing lights for me. Reminds me a bit of Florida too, minus the pineapple, of course. Good luck in the contest. cvc

I enjoyed reading this poem. Great descriptions and good use of words to create imagery and feelings. I also liked the occasional rhymes which flowed nicely.

I wasn't sure if this one was going to fly or not, as the prompt was a little difficult to interpret (actually drove me nuts) ... but actually ended up being rather fun, watching the way one's convoluted mind can work!!!
