The art work you used is priceless.
You used excellent allitetation with the H & S words: "hold my head high and smiling to the sky."
Your rhyme and meter are great
And you used very fine metaphors: "faith towards life and powers of the Lord."
I enjoyed your second stanza:
I hold faith in so many things
In church while hymns I proudly sing
There's always reason to question why
But I hold my head high smiling to the sky

Way to go Heidi. This is a very pleasant read. The rhymes are good. If I have any suggestions, they deal with the rhythm here and there. Perhaps dropping an article or other small word might smooth it out.
