Sharyn my friend, the best ever romance poem I have seen/read on this site and the win/prize is testament to that fact; perfect picture to match your outstanding verse that's simply mesmerizingly hot! (not sure if mesmerizingly is a word, but I know you know what I mean); congratulations and thanks for the delightful treat, I only wish I had a six.

Duh! Had to give you a 6 for this. Truly an amazing write. I was listening to 'Hotel California' while reading. It seemed perfect. You really caught me in the scene like a movie. Well done my friend.

What I liked the most is that it read like a move scene. Very unique.

that was running through my head! so there we are - must have been on the same B&W passion wavelength - it's such fun to "stretch" writing muscles with some of these prompts Rob - gets my imagination stirring - it sometimes needs a good kick! :)

I don't think they'll be alone for long. Your poem makes it easy to imagine these two getting to know each other. They say Paris is the city of love.

Okay, through with that cold shower! Still blushing. LOL This well-written poem does a great job of conveying the theme of lust at first sight in the perfect place--Paris. This is very good--easy to see why it won the contest.

Cold shower? Ice bath! This is hot-hot-HOT, Sharyn, and still classy in your skillful use of metaphor. Congratulations on your win. :) nancy

Congratulations on your win. This meets the requirements of the contest perfectly as you imply so much more to come but never cross that line which would require a sex rating.
I love the repetition of alone in Paris and the wonderful sensory appeal - the part about splitting the peach is a great example of this :-) Brooke

Wow. No wonder this is a contest winner. I will use one of my two final six star ratings on this piece because that was probably one of the most well written, sexy adventures through poetry I have ever taken.

Amazing job, vivid imagery, well used vocabulary. Great work.
