Good one--A fine image for the AIR haiku contest adn true to form with 3-5-3. Good presentaiton and fine word economy...nice assonance of EE in line one and consonance of S in all lines. Best of luck!

The photo alone is amazing and the painted image in words is perfect in its description from the first two coherent lines. I like the word, 'parasols' and the concluding satori - fluff gliders. Excellent write foa an 'air haiku'. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know how those who vote will base their choice. But haiku has no pictures, so you might want to get rid of the pic. Also the first line is usually the title. The imagery of the poem didn't need it anyway. It is great.

I don't know if your right about haiku not having to have a picture.Every haiku I've ever seen on here has had a picture to accompany it, as do the haiku in this contest. :o) What's really important though, is that YOU enjoyed what I wrote. I'm glad you felt my words created the right imagery. Thank you so much for the review!

This is a very good haiku. I enjoyed the feel of the breeze which the words convey to the reader. Most haiku just conforms to syllable counts but this one fits the true nature of the poem. Well done!
