Very nice rhythm to this piece, I really liked it. Great presentation with that shocked heart. Perfect. And I thank Him daily for that mercy you described so very well

I was dumb enough to ask God, "What am I to you?" After a couple of years it came back answered, "You are his eyes and ears." Not much mercy with that one, but the pen was a great gift.
I enjoyed you poem as it is well written and has a lot to think about.

I enjoyed reading your thoughts as a sinner to our Savior. His love and mercy are certainly unfathomable. Great picture to enhance the message.

This short poem tells a lot of mercy from our God.
It truly states the was to Christ and the Son of God.
Once a child of condemnation, now a child of God.
Mercy bought me and freed me from sin.

I enjoyed the praise of mercy. It was thoughtfully and nicely written. I had a bit of trouble with the title though. To A Son of God? How many do you feel he has?

Well I was deliberting, a son of God is a term used to denote a member of the angelic host as well as our original father, Adam the first man made in the image of God.
It could also refer to a male person born again of the spirit whereas if it were a female it would be a daughter of God...I think!

Sounds good to me!

Another great job. Again, your style is something I've not seen before. I can't find anything wrong. I really enjoy reading your work. Is this part of a larger work? I saw something about a book. Thanks.

Yes it is in a book that being the idea of the collection of poems...it is written in eight syllables per line with two quatrains and a unrhyming couplet to conclude.

There but for the Grace of God, go I, wallowing in self pity. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

God is love, to accept Him and embrace His teaching one will feel His power and know His mercy and darkness will be held at bay. I think that is what I got from your well crafted little offering friend, well done!

This poem is about mercy in him. Great assonance in this tongue twister: chose he, me to see. The poet has comfort, at last. Hurrah!
Thanks for sharing your poem, points and member dollars!
Cheers!
