I like the notion of flying kites in a limitless sky, their colors and tails spinning joyfully.
This says it is for a 5-7-5 entry but I don't see that format followed in the the poem. The ALL CAPS, too, are distracting from the language of the poem itself.
Kites are fun to frolic with, always a sign that things are going well.
