You are a happy, grateful person and it shows in your writing! I especially liked the sense of wonder in "tiny me living in such grandeur and wealth". Very sweet!

Another great Scottish poem for you! This was very inspirational and had a lot of depth and meaning to it. I agree with the general idea of the poem and like the artwork chosen. Good work!!

I really liked your fourth stanza and would encourage you to work on the rest of your poem til it flows as well as this verse. Lots of potential here but it might take some time to distill your thoughts into a more pleasant read.

This is a very well-written poem. The way you speak of being one with all that is living. Being at one with even the smallest of life-forms. It's truer than you realize. We are one with all because our creator has made it so. Every creature on Earth has a purpose in life. It is quite amazing when you think about it. Good work. ;)

I happen to enjoy the vernacular. It was particularly enjoyable when read aloud on the recording. I also really enjoyed the artwork. I must say, however, after reading your feelings about being critiqued in the past, I feel a wee bit uneasy about offerring any criticism that might be helpful. So, I will stay on the positive, which is I gave it five stars. I like this poem as well as the poems of Robert Burns: )

I appreciate the rich, vibrant nature of this poetry with all its depth of language (as a linguist and German major in college, I love all the ins and outs of languages). Micro hearts and veins, complex eyes, drinking in strength by osmosis are wonderful word pictures of the message aptly conveyed.
Thanks for the author notes to aid in understanding the passage, though they didn't really explain that last paragraph. I do get the message though.

I pledge
The poem by alexgardiner titled 'I pledge' full of jubilant, reverberating musical notations, taking us all with a positive approach to live ahead. He imbibes inspirational mirth from the birds and bees, a marvelous Wordsworthian adoration for Nature. Any depressed soul would soon Be drawn towards the consoling and chirping sounds of birds heard
Poetically in this poem in which the writer lives every moment of life.He is with the micro flies, his concern for the flying, his absorption Of colours on this earth -all expressed in his inimitable style .
His question of concern for this awesome nature springs forth Myriad ponder able worthy questions:

What can I give to this Nature's way?
How can I add to this awesome worth?

The poet with a worldview of humanity observes let us obey
Nature's Law, harming none, essential need of the hour for all of us. A delectable read of philosophy, observation with A message in which beauty and Life's truth explicated.
