It looks like Bobby is going to have to answer to his Maker, at last. It probably could never have brought lasting peace for Anna or Michael had it gone any other way. Rivetting chapter, barbara.

By all that's good in the world, I hope the bastard fell because someone got their "clear shot". I hope it was right between the eyes! He deserved no better than to be shot like a rabid skunk! Great chapter with terrific intensity.

Bobby is going to stay a total loser until his dying breath, I see. Every time he speaks I want to be the one who gets the clear shot myself. LOL
I love that Anna is taking charge and fighting him herself and not just waiting to be rescued!!!

This is an exciting but horrible chapter. Horrible because Bobby is bent on killing Anna and your last two words "Neither moved" puts fear in my heart. For a minute I thought she might get away as she put all her strength into making him let go of her. I hope I don't have to wait too long to find out if Anna is dead or alive.
