A very well written poem, has a lovely rhythm about it, it sort of flows like the waterfall you mentioned. I like the description you have used, how it is not the obvious way you would describe a landscape, but this makes it even more beautiful. One thing, I would change 'Stir my heart to give all' to 'Stirs my heart to give to all' or something like that, otherwise I think the line is a little short.
