I like the listing element in the poetry, it is quite contemporary in look and feel. What I found interesting about the poem is that you found all these really physical images to describe a spiritual experience. The seeds of the trees, the stars in the sky, the depths of space, farmers planting their crops, the leaves falling from a tree, the sunshine on a cold winter's day. All things that seem like miracles in and of themselves, and I suppose they are. We often take all these little things for granted. estory

Metaphysical joy. I think people miss so much. I used to garden and the wonder of plant emerging from the soil where it has been transposed into an identical copy of its seed. Or birds that are so beautiful they break your heart with wonder. This poem is such a tender walk through life. I enjoyed it tremendously.
