Great poetry and rhyme. I'll do it all over again was my favorite line denoting real love. Not too many today have that perfect sense of loyalty.

I really enjoyed this ode to Crystal Gale. I thought it was very creative to use the titles in her songs. I loved this and the picture fit so well. Blessings

I loved this very much...I remember Crystal Gayle, with her long flowing black hair and her wonderful song "I'll do it all over again"..now you've got me humming that song and it is unwilling to leave my mind.
well done and much deserving of that blue ribbon.
Joanne
one little suggestion..." for ever and always"..I believe forever is one word.

Great poem, Ine. An ode to Crystal Gayle -- my dad would love this. He too is a big Crystal Gayle fan. How did you discover her?
Keep up the good work, Ine.
Sincerely,
Coop.

I was born and raised about 100 miles from Nashville. Never did meet Crystal, but I met Loretta and many other country greats.

I myself am a huge Crystal Gayle fan. She used to dazzle me with her beauty and talent not to mention her hair! This is a wonderful tribute to her.

"We met you on God's journey." The last Crystal Gayle song I heard was "Why have you left the one, you left me for?" Not quite God's Journey. This is very well written with a smoothf flow of words.
