Very cool chapter, Bev. I wish these things would happen on camera when the realty shows are on tv. I watch them all the time because I find the paranormal so fascinating. Great description with the wolfhound - really freaky stuff - as was the telepathic reply. Excellent dialogue too. I look forward to finding out what happens now. Keep it coming.

Hi, Av. Thank you so much for your awesome and generous review. Have you seen Ghost Hunters on the SciFi channel? I think they are really professional and I am patterning my characters after them. Very intriguing story. Vividly written.
The battle scene was splendidly alive with all the ripe visuals one would expect from such adventure.
The groaning from the basement prior to the dog's assailant's disappearance makes for a nice bit of mystery.
