Green-eyed monster has a way of making fools of us all. Storyline was "tweaked" a bit with this. Action moves along at a steady pace. Good flow, and enough active dialogue to keep it interesting and fresh. td

I really like the depth you are giving each character. I also "feel" Anna's anxiety and fear every time she thinks about her ex finding her. You are writing a powerful piece that will enlighten many and potentially save somebody's life. Really enjoy reading your work.

A little more fore-shadowing there with the bllod thing and the band-aids in the billfold?
I'd have to say that the scene in the park doesn't ring as true as usual - somehow it seems stilted and artificial, but I can't really pick why....

I am pleased to read that the problems between Troy and Anna have been resolved. The story is progressing well, as Anna learns that she must now face her abusive husband, in Court.
As usual, your excellent use of dialogue involves the reader in the story.

This is an excellent chapter. Now the relationship between Tror and Anna is back on track, although Troy recognizes that it must stay on hold until Anna's divorce is over.
Ginger's comments do more to emphasize Troy's good looks than any direct observation by Anna.
Now Bobby's assault trial is coming up and Anna's fears are certain to rise. Will he get more deserved jail time? Somehow, I doubt it. In any case the court scene will be tense.

Hello there again. I absolutely love the simplicity of your writing. Simplicity doesn't take anything away from it, quite the opposite it keeps me interested because I don't have to get lost in fancy descriptions and lose the main point of the story. I can't wait for more :)
