I do so enjoy the way you write. I find it difficult to review this work, because I feel that everything I write may appear trite. If it is forgive me.
Having been in Troy's shoes, I really can empathise with this story.

I have been following your story with some interest. I have docked one star here because I wonder if this section of the chapter has any real purpose - it seems to cover the same ground as earlier, with the only really new material being Anna's musing comparison of Troy and Bobby.

I am sorry you feel that way. I feel this section of the chapter is showing some growth of Anna and working on Troy and Anna's relationship. That relationships needs to be built extrmely show. Any woman who has been in that situation would understand and from the rest of my reviews has understood. Thank you for your review.

I liked this vary much, mainly for your use of dialogue. I always find that a story moves much better when the is a good flow of speech. I plan to go back and read the rest of this story so i i can catch up thank you for a good read.

Poor Anna. Being in the hospital after a brutal beating has given her time to reflect seriously on her life and the mistake she made in marrying Bobby. Troy's acts of kindness definitely triggered this off. The story gets better each time I read, and I found the author notes interesting too.
