Oh, yeah, that's what I'm talking about! You've set the hook and and I'm eager to read on. The action is good, dialog believable (if you believe in possessive ghosts-like I do)and your visuals are great.

This seems like fun (although I am a complete sceptic)
The action moves quickly and the characters are developed as the plot progresses - obviously there is no question that there are supernatural forces at work so the reader just waits for the spooky stuff to begin...

this is another great chapter for your book, i enjoyed reading it, the body possession of the caretaker, i didn't expect that, and the guy predicting the rollercoaster ride they were going to be taking seems like a great prediction. look forward to the next chapter.

Really easy reading with great flow to it. I always wonder if places are haunted. I worked at a bank for a short time and told them my desk was on an Indian burial site because of all the weird things that would happen. Cool, I like this kind of stuff. Hmmm I am sensing that roller coaster ride too Bev. A good solid chapter, gets to the nitty gritty fairly promptly and I like the dialogue between the characters. Plenty of action as soon as they met Jenkins Porter and it sounds as though he is well and truly carrying another passenger in there! Nicely narrated and not over the top descriptives. Good solid writing and I got the imagery as I went.
Hope it don't get tooooooooooh spooooooooky.
I'll just have to read it in the day time. LOL
