A great entry for the contest. I found Ethyl hillarious. I can imagine the shock of the nosey neighbor.

The ending was beautiful. I was sorry for the lonely man, but his desire and love and happiness brought the angel into his dream.

A great ending.

Yes, Susan. I like this story so much. In fact, I've done some naked anti-snow dancing myself this winter. The neighbors remind my of the Cravitz's from Bewitched. I like that Luther got his snow angel in the end---oh, I didn't it mean it like that.

Great job, Suse. Peace, Lee

The Nosebys sound like my neighbors only they would have called the cops. They seem to think my business is their business and delight in finding fault with it. They have never even offered me a morsel of help since my accident-oops that sound kind of bitter doesn't it. To each his own-I just wish they would leave me alone!Have a great day! Luv ya! Debbie

This is pretty. You have a wonderful sense of atmosphere here and a lot of humor, as well. Luther seemed sad and lonely, but coping with life and winter... nice work

Very funny and cute valentine story. I hope Harry's snow angel works out for him. Nosey neighbors are great characters for humor. Very good details and imagery in this story. Anne

This is an excellent story for Valentine's Day. The raindance is funny. I could just see this part Indian well endowed man out dancing around in the nude in the snow and the lady at the window looking out in lust. It was a little confusing just when the snow angel formed in the yard. At first it seemed to be before the rain dance but later it seemed to be after he did his dance and went to bed.

Hi Beth!! You were right! This wasn't so clear, so I tried to add some to the ending? Let me know if you think it's okay? Worse, better? I respect and appreciate your ideas alot! It's nice to hear from you Beth!! ") Susan

This story is lovely and bittersweet. I'm glad he was holding onto the good memories of he and Brenda, but my heart aches that his sadness is so deep. Your chosen artwork and the line of the story work well together. ~patty~

I think Ethyl would like to be his personal snow angel and maybe Luther secretly hopes it is Ethyl. Winter has a way of bringing the strange and bizarre out of people.
Well done, Buck
