What a pertinent message of good cheer for the holiday season. Like the poet said, although it was the worst time in her life "when hell found her" it drove her to the best life she could enjoy for the situation she is in.

I admire your grit and courage. It must have been difficult to write about the accident and its aftermath. But I didn't see a single note of self-pity in your essay. Instead what you have written is an inspiration to others. As well as a lesson in what is truly important in life.

Thank you so much for the review and kind words. I want to pass on to the general "healthy" public what it is like to be disabled. I would love to speak about it as well as to write some more. I am looking for opportunities to do so. Thanks for the encouraging words! Debbie
