Powerful poem. Both sad and happy story which is often hard to achieve. The picture is a nice touch, all that really matters though is this poem has feeling and meaning. Good work.

Thank you for your kind review. My 17 year old son had to write an essay for getting into UT. He asked me to read it before dinner tonight. I was about the strongest person, he'd met and He wrote that he knows it's a clique to say your mother, but he wrote about watchign me go through breast cancer and what it has taught him. I was in tears.

An inspiring little story indeed. You're welcome for your review, and you have to be a strong person to go through cancer. It is true.

I love the lines: "With supportive prayers A few modern drugs God's promised an inner-strength I face this long harrowing fight Tempered by battle Aided by family Supported by faith Encouraged by friends.
