It's too much too take in--in both positive and tragic ways--and ever so well-written. Somehow the tone of the first-person voice (which sounds almost like a case study, to me anyway) helps you make a better story of it. Bravo. Excellent, creative entry in the contest.

Oh my goodness, I am literally in tears reading this. What a tragic and terribly sad story. I hope this wasn't a true story? You told it very well - I was hooked right from the beginning. I just wish it had a better end :(
