A lovely prayer and its been a long time coming. Your guidance and inspiration is a lighthouse to those lost in a sea of despair, without hope and navigation. Your prayer shows your beacon of hope, light for a path, and a gentle poke to nudge in the right direction. You give others just a tickle of faith to get them started just as you have done in your prayer here. Well done. Thank you

I'm glad you are no longer depressed and are now filled with joy.
Pulling yourself out of that deep black hole, You've evolved to a beautiful new soul. (This doesn't seem like God if you pulled yourself out and evolved. When I can do nothing without Him my joy will be complete. We don't evolve to be a better soul. Through trials and seeking God, experience with God helps to increase our faith, which is what makes us better before Him. Abraham was righteous because he believed God. ) patricia

Praying for Thyself is a well written poem/prayer. Many Biblical prayers are poems in their own right. I enjoyed reading this post and it flowed smoothly.
