Your anguish is well stated. Anyone who has had a loved one incarcerated knows and can feel your pain. Well written. I most sincerely hope and pray that your son heeds you warning and requests. Excellent match of picture to piece. I sure pray you will be there at your sons release to once again welcome him into the world. It is both a joyous and scary time. Again nice piece well done. Been there, done that, and don't want to do it ever again.

Your poem is very touching and I really liked it alot. I think some of the ending words were forced for rhyming sake since you are rhyming through out. I think if you twik it a bit it would be wonderful. Keep on writing like you do.
