This is nothing short of brilliant. The suspense keep me reading hungrily. In fact I spot read it as I couldn't wait to get to the end. Well done!

Please forgive me for this cut and paste response. I've been having a bit of a thriller myself - been clearing trees, shrubs and weeds and a ringer called poison ivy jumped into the match. I lost and my eyes now resemble a prize fighter--swollen to the max. I can squint today so I wanted to let you know I appreciate your reading Thank you for your continued support and understanding...Smiles, Carol

This is a very good story to read...The flow of this work is great, wasn't bored at all...I enjoyed the suspense of this piece as well...Sorry, I don't have any 6 stars left, it deserves it...

What a lovely story. You had me engrossed with the first sentence. Your story has many rings of truth in it. I wonder how many writers, who spouses filled neglect. My favorite part is the happy ending.

Well written commentary of how tough it is to be a writer when you have a significant other who loves you. My husband travels often and thinks I should write when he's not here and give him my love and attention when he is home. I have very little time anyway with family demands and sometimes I get the creative juices flowing late at night and it's when he is home. The guilt sets in.

Lately re-writing my chapters have led to moments likes these. I only wish I had such an understand partner. Good for him and I really enjoyed this wonderful and inspiring story.

Well done. He'd better make time that woman! Lol! You captured the subject matter well within your words--a writer can never forget the love and desires of his/her support group.
Well done.

What a wonderful story! It's so easy to get wrapped up in our heads sometimes that we lose sight of the things that are truly important. Those of us lucky enough to have that support need to remember to water it and keep it nourished. Thanks for the reminder!

Great story, and yes, I believe everyone can realte to moments like this far too often in life.

Loved the line - Yesterday miraculously flowed into today without my conscious knowledge
