That was written about two years ago when I left the site for awhile, and now I have returned for a short encore, so to speak.

But other dreams are calling and they're ever so inviting.
I'll miss confronting poetry cos your the poet master,
And think of you quite often as the days go ever faster.
I understand you need to fly so spread your wings and soar,
I'm glad I knew you and my heart your locked in ever more.
Your story sad but true it resonates with me so much,
I feel you spoke such volumes yes my heart your writes did touch,

Curt, I have every respect for you as a writer and I am gobsmacked you are leaving. I do hope you pursue your writing talent as you have so much to give.
I also hope if you have any demons to sort out, that they eventually get sorted, somehow and in some way.
I only knew you for a short time but your writing impacted me so much you often weren't too far out of my thoughts.

BTW your poem was excellent, eloquently written, perfectly metered and so well excecuted as always.
