Yes - we can all think that we know our purpose in this life but only God knows the true answer to that question.

Practicing the teaching of Jesus is one of the ways we can fulfill our purpose. I don't think any of us know exactly what our purpose is, but by acting on our best and most altruistic instincts, we can help our soul grow wiser while helping others. Excellent.
