What a touching story this is, Jani. I love that when Jesus first appears it is not dramatic - no big burst of light - the speaker doesn't faint dead away - he is just there and they start to speak, natural as can be.
The dialogue makes this all sound so real - as a reader I never really question what is happening. The ending is precious and really hammers home the point you've been making all along. This is a well-composed and most meaningful story. Brooke :-)

They had to move into a house with no flooring in the living areas and no kitchen other than a fridge and stove. She runs a daycare out of her house, so you can imagine the stress level. We had to get home to our own business.
At the same time, three dear friends are fighting losing battles with cancer. Sometimes my faith grows weak under the load of caring, but your story has given it and me a terrific boost.
