Great opening about how hell didn't need a GPS and then chronicling some of the other places hell likes to visit before revealing the narrator's hell. Yes, when cancer invades from within, so quietly and insidiously, it certainly is the stuff of horror stories. I had a high school friend die of this when she was a young mother of three - nothing is more horrific than that. You've written this story effectively. The ending also packs quite a punch. Brooke

Yes cancer can bring hell to one right here on earth. Some cancers are more invasive than others, like liver or pancreatic. This is well written and quite poignant. Won't it be a great day when this disease if conquered?

This is a well written piece Indy and very cleverly put together, I've seen that hell in the eyes of many now unfortunately as have most of us, I'd like to believe that someday soon it will be eradicated, but don't hold my breath. Good luck friend.
