Sherry, I really like this one. This is a nice spin on the volcano haiku contest. I like your personification of the volcano as dancing. This is a well written haiku, the syllable count works out, and it should be a strong contender. Good luck in the contest. - Sam

No, this isn't Alvin E., just me, sherrygreywolf. I had fun writing this one and am so glad you enjoyed it.

I would love it if you would take a look at some of the others in my portfolio if you get a chance and let me know if this one was just a "flash in the pan" or if there is actually some potential hiding out in here. (I've been writing mag articles and just started seriously playing with the fiction and poetry a few months back.)

This is a very good piece of work. Haiku poetry is so difficult to write, having never mastered the art myself, I admire those that can and write it well. There are no adjustments to be made in any way

Thanks so much for reading and commenting on my haiku. I had never tried to write any of these until I joined Fanstory in December. I am having a blast with both the writing and the responses I get to my words.
