Only we can interpret what comes to us in dreams. Throughout history though, many dreamers have dreamed the impossible only to see it become a reality. This was a loving tribute to your mother.

Thank you so much for this review or comment. I have reached a point where I cannot hope to catch up with my reviews in need of answering without resorting to a carbon copied response. I hate doing it, but with 700 plus unanswered, I can't keep up! Goat kidding season is looming, and we are spending more and more time outside preparing our buildings. My muse is driving me crazy trying to write as much as she can, before we end up on our three-to-four month sabbatical. LOL. I'm hoping you will forgive me. I have read every review, corrected nits and errors found and carefully considered every suggestion made. I am so glad you have enjoyed my work, or at felt it worthy of a comment.
I am trying to review your work as much as I can also, and by using a C.C. here, I have more time left to read all your wonderful stories, articles and poems, as well!

How beautiful, I was with you in the meadow I too saw those purple trees. Your mother knew you were missing her and you were not sure if she was at peace, so she came to tell you, now you can get on with your life and enjoy the memories of your mother whatout feeling guilty. She is in heaven and loving every moment of it.

This is quite beautiful. I love the concept of her paintings coming to life so that she can just paint you and the others she misses to keep her company. I have never had such a vision, but I would certainly love to. Louise will be delighted with this. Thank you for sharing it. Peace, Brooke

I think your Mum has shown you how delightful afterlife can be to soothe you from missing her quite so much. She is happy and wants you to be too. After my dad died, he came to me twice within 6 months. I was 16 and furious that he had left me ... he assuaged my pain and made me realize Mom was hurting too and it was time to be a better daughter and a friend. My mother and I could not have become closer until I lost her just 3 years ago at the age of 98!
wonderful piece Jani. Thanks so much for sharing. You are truly blessed. I have dreamt about Mom several times since her passing, but she has not come to me as of yet.

I think there are reasons in our life or for a more divine purpose that we are allowed to see across the veil. I remember my mother after my grandfather had passed on, she saw him one early morning sitting on our couch reading his bible, something he was found doing so often. He looked up and smiled at her, she was afraid to speak, afriad he'd leave. My great grandfather also came to her bedside one night with a message, went to one of my cousins that very same night. There definitely are cases where the veil is lifted for a short period in time.
You did a great job of describing your journey.

It was twenty seven years ago and I have had a few rare occurences when I felt her coming back and connecting with me. One morning, my husband was supposed to catch a plane very early for an important business meeting. He had forgot to set the alarm. I felt someone shake my shoulder and I heard Mom's voice say "Mary, wake him up, he will miss the plane" It was real and I totally believe that our loved ones reach out to us from heaven.
