Hi my friend, I believe we need those dresses now that the weather is so beautiful.
You've written a cute little poem about summer clothing. Very clever of you.
(My computer is broken I hope to have it going soon)
Good luck in the contest. Ana

Thank you Anita. Very beautiful weather, walking wearing a dress made me feel so special. That's from where the poem came from.

I like the poem it made me think about some of
my own summer clothing. I especially like this lines
Women walk upright, shoulder high feeling pretty
swaying in the July's step. The poem had that
summer quality about it.

You bring out a part of summer that I've lived yearly, but never thought of in this way. Summer clothes are freeing, even fanciful. You said it all with these words:
Joy therapy:
A whimsical summer dress.
:)

Great summertime poem! I loved the imagery, it made me feel like I was sitting by a pool or on the beach tanning! Boy what would I give for that...

This is another lovely read for me today. It's a good poem that has potential, for sure.
My recommendations:
Those nifty summer dresses - delete "those"
Touch skin
With gentle soft petals. - with soft, gentle petals. (word order)
All glitter and glow - delete "all"
On sun-splashed days
Make a body flow.
Above or below bronzed knees
Staying cool
Keeping beat with the wind.
Above or below bronzed knees
women stay cool (or woman of all ages, something along those lines)
and keep beat with the wind
Women walk upright, shoulders high - "They" instead of women since I mentioned it above.
Feeling prettier
Swaying in July's steps - and sway in July's steps
I hope that helps.Thank you for sharing!

A very creative look at summertime via the clothing women don. There's something captivating about a summer dress (sun dress?) worn by the right woman at the right time. Nothing fresher, freer, more feminine. I loved the line "Swaying in July's steps"
Thanks for a terrific read. Adam

A writing as fresh as a cool
summer breeze.
You paint a picture with your words
of summertime when pretty things
strut their stuff an look so alluring,
making the day so bright.
Well done

This certainly brings summer to me.
A lovely poem which is very descriptive.
An enjoyable read.
A simple, lovely summer dress certainly beats the looks of all those pampered film stars.
A lovely, enjoyable poem.
