very lovely piece. What a special friend you must be. This ought to be in a card. for all to share, those of us who haven't the gift to write what we feel. it reads well and certainly conveys the love you have for your friend.

Mrs KT, there could have been no card anywhere that would have been any more beautiful or more perfect than this for your friend. Are you ready to go to work for Hallmark? IO hear they are preparing your contract as I do your review. In all sincerity, you really could do cards for them. This is amazing. Good luck in the contest.

A beautiful message to send to someone you love such as a daughter. My own daughter's birthday is coming right up in another week and I've been trying to write her a card to send over the 'puter. My problem; I hate to stay serious for very long. I'll buy a card I guess with a serious message and just say I love you on this.
Your poem is very nicely done. It reminds me of a layer cake atop a crystal plate. Lovely to look at on the page.

You followed the rules of this contest. I have but one thing to say, and I don't mean to be negative. Just honest.
While this was a wonderfully written poem, I believe the format you have chose is too long for the contents of a small card. Unless the card is extremely big, this may not fit. Just a thought.

Hello Friend! You are so correct that it would not fit on a small card - unless it was formatted like a little booklet. When I sent it, I formatted it on stationary, and it had a lovely effect. The sentiments were all the things this woman and I had shared - so it was difficult to leave any out! Take Care...diane
